Just hanging with my medieval babes

I had the perfect event to wear my St Lidwina medieval woman earrings to on the weekend. A real genuine medieval party at St Briavel's, the 12th century castle. 

St Briavel's is now a youth hostel run by the Youth Hostel Association where you can for a very cheap price stay in within the gatehouse in the midst of the 12th century half-ruin. Our dorm was in the East tower and came with its own trapdoor. Never before have I witnessed a live medieval gig in a chapel. It was great to be a plus one to this birthday party and it gave me the perfect excuse to try out my medieval earrings.

They were super fun!
