@Analogish Churning Print

This print was made for Mental Health Awareness Week 2025. It is called "churning" after the waves of challenge that mental health can present. It depicts murky waters and a reed bed. When I was diagnosed with OCD I felt like each different theme of my OCD was a new churn. I made the decision to reach out to OCD action and started going to one of their support groups. Going there and learning more about OCD and coping strategies was so important for me but more than that, it was about knowing that I wasn't alone- I was understood.

The theme of this year's Mental Health Awareness Week is "community" and all profits of the sale of this prints will go to the charity OCD Action.
