@Analogish "Chicken of the Woods" Felted Artwork

Have you ever walked through a woodland and thought...that fungi looks good enough to eat? Well this felted artwork certainly isn't a taxonomic guide, but it is inspired by the lovely Chicken of the Woods mushroom found across the world in damp woodland. Chicken of the Woods or laetiporus sulphureous mushrooms are large yellow to orange fungi that are largely edible and can taste a little like chicken when cooked. 

This is s 3D 12x12cm framed felted wooden artwork. The Chicken of the Woods fungi reaches out from the work and it is ready to be hung on your wall. This piece is 100% hand-felted in my home studio from a wool mix that includes New Zealand wool. 

The frame comes with a mirror plate at the back, ready for hanging.
