Beard Lichen Original Lino Print Card on Handmade Paper

Beard Lichen cards are A6 original lino prints on handmade Khadi paper. These cards are blank inside and come with their matching handmade envelope, tied with green and white twine. 

Each card is completely unique as it is printed using a range of green, yellow and blue tones in a water-based and oil-based ink. 

The cards are inspired by the interconnected and symbiotic webs of lichend, patterns repeated in nature, taking on the appearance of mycelial mushroom networks. These beard lichens hang on branches all year around, especially in areas of good air quality. That said, their light greens remind me of Spring.
